Paul Neuman

With over 40 years in the catering industry, Paul led Neuman’s Kitchen from its inception, growing it into one of New York’s largest and most highly respected off-premise catering companies.

  • Renowned for creativity, service, and quality, under Paul’s leadership, NK achieved $20 million in annual revenues before selling their NY commissary to a multi-national foodservice company. Notable events included:

  • In-house caterer for The Council on Foreign Relations for over 25 years. Frequent guests included national and international political, military, and business leaders.

  • Summer and holiday events for 2,000 to 4,000 guests for a leading tech company.

  • Cocktail parties at the David Koch Theater at Lincoln Center for 1,500 to 2,000 guests. 

  • Annual seated dinners for up to 2,000 guests.

As a former member of Leading Caterers of America (LCA), Elie Catering and Event Professionals (ECEP), and ILEA (International Live Events Association), Paul continues to have deep connections with top catering professionals across the country. With the Catering Advisory Group (CAG), Paul brings his experience and deep connections to help build, grow, or diversify your catering enterprise. He and the CAG team understand what works and what doesn’t, and they are eager to share their insights to help you achieve your goals.

Carl Sacks

Carl Sacks brings more than two decades of unparalleled expertise and leadership to the catering industry.  He is regarded as the top expert in several catering related areas, including maximizing financial returns, strategic planning, and exit strategy development and implementation.

He is also widely known for his expertise in contract and venue RFP response development. Carl provides advisory services to both buyers and sellers of catering companies. Carl has been involved in many successful transactions.

Anthony Lambatos

Anthony is passionate about helping caterers create a culture that allows their businesses to thrive. He specializes in leadership and management of teams with a focus on operational structure and employee engagement. Through advanced hiring practices and coaching techniques he has helped business owners reduce turnover and his formulas for tracking performance help companies build a foundation on which they can grow.
